Thankful # 5: I’m thankful for my sister Valerie. Three or Four years ago we thought we were going to lose our mom. Val came out from South Dakota to visit mom. She saw that mom needed 24X7 care, and she stayed and took care of her. My mom still has a lot of health issues, but she is so much better since Val has been caring for her. I love and appreciate my sister, you rock Val!

Thankful # 4: I’m thankful for all the doctors, nurses, and aids that worked on me and took care of me the past 8 months. You guys are all awesome, and you are number one in my book! I’m very thankful for my Oncologist Secretary Michelle! She has helped me with the tons of paper work that Home Depot, Insurance Company, and the Disability people keep throwing at me. She has taken away a lot of my stress, and I’m thankful for that.

November 3rd: I thankful for my daughter Sarah. She always like doing things with me. She went to a lot of concerts and Oakland A’s baseball games with me. Her and I have always been really close, and I so look forward to her phone calls, emails, FB post, and texts. I always look forward to our visits, because she always brings joy to my heart.

My daughter Sarah challenged me to post something I am thankful for on each day of November.

For November 1st. I am thankful for my sweet and beautiful wife Kimberley! Each day I can’t wait for her to come home, so I can see her lovely smile when she walks through the door. She is the love of my life, and I better stop because I’m getting tears in my eyes.
